AIDS Control Society wanted to offer its citizens knowledge & awareness on AIDS through Automated IVR's. They were currently using Analog System, where a dedicated No. was allotted for citizens to call and get an answer for their queries.

Neox has provided FAQ's in IVR Format – which requires minimum intervention from agent. Moreover, Neox IVR System has inbuilt PBX functionality for intercom & also supports customized IVR flow design through GUI editor. Neox IVRs supports multiple languages, accepts DTMF in RFC2833/Infomode. It can transfer call to available Agents if required.
